Central Mountain 6 Doug Buckwalter
The Wildcats will be hurt by the graduation of one of the strongest senior classes in recent NW Region history.  Andrew and Dylan Alton, Jordan Rich, Cody Dolan and Dylan Caprio will need to be replaced next year.  CM does return a fairly strong core with state finalist Zach Corl, state medalists Brian Brill and state qualifier Tyler Buckwalter.  Other starters returning for coach Buckwalter include regional qualifiers Logan Bechdel and Dillion Gavlock, as well as regular starter Blaze Buckwalter. Cole Hanley, Alec Quiggle, Joey Miller, and Nathaniel Powers will be asked to step up for the Wild Cats.

Prep graduates a pair of 2-time region place winners in Jermaine Easter and John Agnello and returns a solid senior class.  2 time state qualifier Tyler Parsons will anchor the team and look to get over the winless drought in Hershey.  Along with Parsons the Ramblers will return seniors Dave Heynoski, Grant Chase, Kris Hess, Logan Thompson, Mike McBryde, Chris Capots, and Markel Keys. Juniors Dan Yori, Garrett Chase, Justin Wasmund, and Adam Sallot and sophomore Beau Coletta will make up the balance of the line-up.  Incoming freshman Jake Gromacki and PJW 3rd placer should slide in the line-up at 103.

The Bisons lose two line-up regulars to graduation in Lowder and Buck, but return a very solid group of young guys, which includes PIAA state qualifiers Christian Stone and Nolan Barger.  Also back are potential state qualifiers Shane Peters, Derek Danver, and Cliff Hill.  Some young guys may be asked to step into the Bison’s line-up.

McDowell returns 13 starters from the 2010 team, which is highlighted by PIAA State Champion Steve Spearman.  A host of regional qualifiers return for the Trojans including Paul Deitz, Nick Gibson, Cody Nolan, Mike Vollat, Dylan Matz, Ryan Kenski, Tyler Covato, Mike Weissinger, and Kenny Rogers.  Also returning is Khlique Harris and Logan Hammer.  Freshman Coleman Cousins and Shawn Spearman should make an immediate impact the line-up.

The Raiders will be highlighted once again by 2-Times PIAA medalist Tom Traxler.  The loss of state champion Mitchell Port as well a solid performers Jacob Mueller, Dan Driebelbis, and Nicholas Bernier will hurt down low and up top, but the return of Brad Grieb, Jake Perryman, and PJW finalist Garrett Poorman should soften the sting.  A healthy Nate Alterio should also be a welcome sight for coach Maney.  A talented group of 9th and 10th graders should be looking for varsity spots Austin Cable, Noah Perryman, and Frank Muzika.

The newest addition to the NW Region looks to make an immediate impact. The Hilltoppers feature a quartet of AA state qualifier, 3 of which finished in the top 5. Josh Polacek 4th 112, Tanner Hough 4th 119, and Josh Duplin 5th 285, and Ryan Burnheimer state qualifier 171 all return to the line-up. Also returning are 2010 regulars Ian Helsel 125, Stephen Popchak 135/140, Jake Stefan 160, Stephen Zipf 103, Tanner Patton 135/140, Mike Walsh 119, Eric Kowalewski 189, and Corbin Nulton 152.  The Hilltopper could contend for the D-6 and NW Region team titles.

BEA should be moving back into the top tier of D-6 and the NW Region over the next few seasons. The Loss of Jon Gingrich and Brandon Coakley will hurt, but with 12 starters returning and a very strong group of sophomore upperweights coming in that could make BEA the team to beat when the post season rolls around.  Coleman Hoffman, Justin Giedroc, and Jacob Taylor will anchor the team with solid varsity regulars James Grieb, Tyler Baney, Matthew Dillon, and Kyle Granite.  The addition of talented sophomores Travis Giedror, Ben Verbitsky, Aaron Varner, Nate Sharkey, as well as frehman hwt. David Gawryla make the Eagles future very bright.

The Lancers return a talented group that only lost 2 post season starters to graduation.  The nucleus of the team will be returning PIAA 5th place finisher Caleb Baker 285 and 2x State qualifier Tim Wheeling 112.  A host of regional qualifying wrestlers will be back as well including Doug Myers, D.J. Myers, Zac Baumgartner, and Kyle Kuntz.  Retuning starter for GM include Tyler Hendricks, Parker McDermott, Zack Chivari, and Travis Bryant.  The strength of the line up be at the top with Baker, Myers, and Bryant.
