Bedford will put its 45-match regular-season unbeaten streak on the line when county rival Northern Bedford visits on Saturday night.

The Panthers (10-1) could provide the biggest challenge yet for the 10-0 Bisons.

Bedford coach Brian Creps is expecting it to be a thriller.

“It will be a barnburner,” he said. “Who knows who will win that one? It's at our place, and I like being at home, so we'll see what happens.”
